Mobile massage treatments are by appointment only. You must provide us with an address for the location you wish us to travel to in order for us to book you. We need you to provide directions in case GPS cannot locate your location. Our licensed and insured, professional, massage therapists will contact you at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to confirm your location and appointment.

  • Cancelation Policies and Fees:

Your massage treatments are reserved especially for you. We ask that you show up at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. We value your business and ask that you respect the massage scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

Any cancelations with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a cancelation fee amounting up to the total cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an “on call” status and may have traveled to your designated location or our office specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate number ready when booking. We strongly recommend booking your appointment online. You will not be billed unless there is a cancelation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment while in our office. We do NOT accept checks.

  • Late Arrival:

All massage appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.

  • Gift Certificate Policy:

Gift Certificates are available and may be purchased at this website. Out of town? ­­No problem. you will be given a link sent to your email so you can print it later and or you can have it text messaged to your phone or the person you are purchasing it for. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash. Gift Certificates must be mentioned when making your appointment in the notes section when booking online or over the phone.

  • Health Conditions:

Please advise us at time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries or special needs which may affect your services even if you think it to be minor.

  • Massage Promotions:

Massage specials cannot be used in combination with any other offer, promotions or third party gift certificates.

  • Loss or Damage:

We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal items.

  • Payment:

All major credit cards  and cash are accepted. Any gift cards, vouchers, or certificates must be mentioned at time of booking. We do not accept any personal checks or traveler’s checks.

  • Gratuity:

 Gratuity is not included in the price of services, customary tipping runs 15% to 30% but is, of course, at your discretion. You may tip the therapist in the room or upon checkout with cash, or credit card.
